Get to Know Us
Rooted in tradition and built on family values, our sod business is more than just grass—it's a legacy passed down from my grandfather. With locations spanning Oregon, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, my wife and I are honored to serve our customers and connect with communities across five states. As we prepare to welcome our twin boys into the world, we find ourselves reflecting on the incredible journey of growth—both in business and family. Watching our company expand so quickly has been a blessing, and we are truly grateful to share this exciting chapter with all of you. Thank you for being a part of our story!

Types of grass we carry
At Sodify Your Lawn, we offer a selection of high-quality grass types designed to thrive in different environments. Whether you're looking for durability, low maintenance, or lush beauty, we have the perfect option for you.

Bermuda Grass
Bermuda grass is a durable and versatile turf option, known for its resilience in high-traffic areas and ability to withstand drought and extreme heat. Its fast-growing nature and aggressive spread make it an excellent choice for those seeking quick, lush coverage. Thriving in full sun, Bermuda sod performs at its peak with minimal maintenance, offering a cost-effective solution for both residential and commercial landscapes. Affordable and easy to care for, this grass ensures long-lasting beauty and functionality, making it a top choice for lawns, sports fields, and outdoor spaces that demand durability.

Zoysia Grass
Zoysia grass is a popular choice for lawns due to its dense growth, soft texture, and tolerance to heat and drought. It requires less water than some other turf varieties and can handle moderate foot traffic, making it ideal for residential landscapes. One of its biggest advantages is its ability to crowd out weeds, thanks to its thick, carpet-like spread. However, while Zoysia is hardy, it can be slow to establish and spread, meaning it may take longer to fill in compared to Bermuda grass. Additionally, it doesn’t thrive as well in shaded areas and can be difficult to repair once damaged. Despite its slow growth, many appreciate Zoysia for its lush appearance and minimal upkeep once fully established.

Centipede Grass
Centipede grass is a popular choice for lawns in warm climates, because of its low-maintenance nature and adaptability. It thrives in acidic, sandy soils and requires minimal fertilization, However, while it’s drought-tolerant, it doesn’t handle heavy foot traffic well and can be slow to recover from damage. Additionally, it’s not as cold-tolerant as other grass varieties, which may be a concern in regions with occasional harsh winters. If you’re looking for a lush lawn that requires little upkeep, centipede grass could be a good fit as long as it suits your local conditions and usage needs.
